All brains need nutrients to perform their best. Specifically, a significant portion of the brain is made up of omega-3’s, DHA, choline, and lutein. These building blocks of nutrition are essential at all ages, and brands like Brainiac make getting them daily, well, a no-brainer.

The History of Brainiac

When Brainiac co-founder Jonathan Wolfson was a new parent, his newborn needed to switch to formula. He and his wife started to wonder about the ingredients that would have the greatest impact on developing brains, and Wolfson partnered with Mark Brooks (along with pediatricians, neurologists, and nutritionists) to develop Brainiac so everyone could have access to real and delicious food to support brain health at every age.

Brainiac Company Mission

Brainiac is a Certified B Corporation committed to making healthy brain food accessible while meeting rigorous standards for social and environmental impact. Every recipe has been expertly developed and prioritizes ingredients like these.

Omega-3s: Fatty acids like DHA, EPA, and ALA are your brain’s building blocks that help ensure normal development. Fun fact: More than 90 percent of the omega-3’s in your brain are DHA.
Choline: Choline is an essential nutrient needed to regulate memory, mood, muscle control, and other bodily functions.
Lutein: This antioxidant is found in the brain and eyes and is known to improve eye health.
